At Candles by Sarah Louise, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in crafting high-quality, handcrafted candles and want you to love every product you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized candles, discontinued and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care in packaging our products, but if your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Please contact us at [insert email address] within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective item.

  3. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a refund based on your preference.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at sarahlouisenaturals@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.


Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the credit.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different scent or size, please follow the return process above. Once we receive the original item, we will process the exchange and ship your new product.
